Rituals do not have to be something special, complicated or reserved for special occasions. These are small things that we do every day, in a certain way, often at the same time and with special attention. They bring a sense of order, coziness and personal satisfaction into our everyday life.
For example, the morning ritual is preparing the first cup of coffee or tea. Instead of just making a quick drink and continuing with your duties, take a few minutes for yourself. Heat water, choose your favorite cup, prepare coffee or tea, inhale the aroma and slowly enjoy each sip. Perhaps you will open the window, play your favorite music or simply enjoy the silence.
Just such small, everyday moments can become personal rituals. It's not important how long they last, but the attention you give them and the way you turn them into something of your own.
