It is the moment when the Moon is completely illuminated by the Sun and when it is exactly opposite the Sun in the sky. Due to this position, the light of the Moon is maximum, and its presence in the night sky is particularly striking. A Full Moon occurs approximately once a month, meaning this is a cycle that repeats approximately every four weeks.
