A mini story about kibbeh and Moon’s Kitchen

In the distant Moon's Kitchen, where the stars filtered through the window, a spell was being made with food. That day, the Moon's Witch took small grains of bulgur, minced meat, and walnuts, and began to create small balls that whispered the secrets of the Levant's history.

As she shaped each meatball, she told stories of homes where families had prepared kibbeh together for generations, of wedding banquet tables and candlelit holidays. The bulgur grains rustled, the nuts whispered, and the meat smelled of distant mountains and fragrant markets.

When the meatballs took their shape, the Moon's Witch carefully lowered them into the boiling water and then, like little stars, they began to dance. Each floated above the surface with a sparkling smile, ready to bring warmth, peace and joy to anyone who tasted them.

And so, in every kitchen where kibbeh is made, the spirit of Moon's Kitchen lives: the magic that brings together hands, stories and taste, and turns an ordinary meal into a ritual of gratitude and light.
